FitPods at Park Central are private training studios and wellness spaces conveniently located in midtown near Central Park.

Available by reservation-only, FitPods feature a range of professional TechnoGym equipment, Peloton bikes, free weights, stability and medicine balls, and strength bands. Each FitPod offers a private bathroom and shower with C.O. Bigelow bath amenities.

Stream your own workouts via Google Chromecast on the 52" LED TV or bring your personal trainer. FitPods are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each 90-minute session, ensuring a pristine and safe environment.
