New York City Things to Do in November

The NYC Marathon returned to the city earlier this month, Broadway is alive and we’re entering the most festive time of year. November in NYC will ease you into the festivities.

New York Comedy Festival (November 8 - 14)

Catch the last days of a star-packed line-up while tickets are available to see Bill Mahar, Michelle Wolf, Ronnie Chieng, Vir Das, Michelle Buteau, to name a few. Follow @nycomedyfest on Instagram for the day’s shows taking place across seven boroughs.

Macy’s Day Parade (November 25)

The parade always makes our list of things to do (you’d be surprised how many locals still have this on their bucket list). Bundle up and read up on the insider tips we’ve shared in the past for the best start to your Thanksgiving day.

Broadway Under the Stars (November 13 - December 11)

Five blocks from Park Central, The Shops at Columbus Circle hosts a weekly concert series every Monday of Broadway performances to sing along to as you shop and check off your gift list. Technically, these performances are indoors but the stars are no lie! 12 14-foot speciality crafted stars hang from the ceiling above. Plan your shopping around a favorite performance.

Dining Out (All month)

Restaurants are prepared for you to dine with them this fall season. You may have noticed the parklets of all styles lining the streets to make you feel comfortable and cozy as the weather cools down or dine inside! Sushi Ishikawa (heaters in their patio!), Crown Shy (a low key gem with a star-studded collaboration), Ugly Baby (Thai Spicy) are just a few on the list to visit.

Sistine Chapel Exhibit (All month)

Travel to Italy without getting on a plane. Experience one of Michaelangelo’s greatest works in Soho, floor to ceiling, hands-free and best for all ages.
