What Is Check In/Check Out time?

You may check in at 4:00 PM. Check Out is at 12:00 PM.

Do you allow smoking on property?

We are a non-smoking hotel. Penalty for smoking is a non-refundable charge of $500.

Can I bring my pet with me?

We do welcome pets, but there is a fee of $100 + tax per room per stay. Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms and on hotel property. Guests will be required to agree to Pet Policy and sign an agreement upon check-in.

  • Pets weighing over 75 lbs. are not allowed on the property
  • Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in any public area
  • Except for service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, we do not permit pets in the lounge/restaurant.
  • Emotional Support animals are also not permitted in the lounge / restaurant since they do not qualify as a service animal as defined under the ADA

Do you have a fitness center?

We have a full Fitness Center on property, located on the third floor of our hotel, which includes state-of-the-art fitness bikes, treadmills, free weights, and weight machines.

Do you have a business center?

We have business center services in our lobby, including iMacs and a digital that allows guests to view flights, check directions to various points of interests, and more.

Can I have a package sent to the hotel? What are the fees?

We accept packages that are sent to the hotel, which will be stored in our package room in the lobby. The fee is $10 per box for storage.

Can I store my luggage?

Luggage can be stored on premises while rooms are being prepared.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the hotel?

21 years. All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there coffeemakers or refrigerators in the room?

Although at this time we do not offer coffeemakers or refrigerators in the rooms, you are free to request one to be delivered by contacting our Guest Relations team at extension 0.

Does your hotel allow Hypo Allergenic bedding?

We will certainly switch out to Hypo Allergenic bedding on request. 

What is the Facilities Fee?

The Park Central Hotel New York mandatory Facilities Fee priced at $38.00 plus tax per room, per night which provides guests with the following services, amenities and added value offerings:

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Unlimited Local and Domestic Long Distance calls
  • iMac Apple workstations with printing, faxing and scanning offered through our Guest Relations Team
  • Free Luggage Storage
  • 2 Bottles of Water upon arrival
  • 1 Be Well Kit, including 2 face masks and alcohol wipes
  • 20% discount at Serafina Restaurant, 10% at Red Eye Grill, 10% Mulberry & Grand, 10% Fuji sushi
  • 1 hour complimentary bike rental for 2 at Fancy Apple Bike Rental


The facilities fee is not inclusive of service gratuities.
Restaurant opening times and menus might change, due to government regulations.

What is your credit/debit card policy?

Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the entire amount of your stay, plus $100 per day to cover incidentals. The system will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. The original authorization amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Where is the hotel located?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport? We do not offer free shuttle service from the airport, but you are welcome to arrange transport ahead of time.



What is your cancellation policy for room reservations?

48 hours before check-in, so 4pm 2 days prior to arrival. Other cancellation policies may apply to special promotions or rates. Will my card be charged at time of reservation? If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

How can I view my reservation?

You may view your reservation through our website, by clicking “My Bookings,” filling in your information when prompted, then clicking Lookup.

How can I modify or change my reservation?

You will receive an email confirmation after booking. On that confirmation there is a button to change or cancel your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

The minimum age to check into the room is 21.

Do you have accessible rooms that connect?

Yes, the hotel does have accessible rooms that connect. And, TTY equipment is available at the front desk upon request.

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/playpens?

We can provide rollaway beds and playpacks in select rooms.




Do you have a restaurant?

Central Market, a fine foods grab-and-go located in the lobby, offers a selection of fresh and flavorful bites from local New York vendors such as Nespresso and Amy’s Bread. Hours of Operation are Monday through Saturday 6:30 AM – 9:00 PM and Sunday 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
