February is one of the coldest months in New York City and by now, the romance of winter has worn off. The white wonderland of snow is now a grey, dirty mound and you’re yearning for spring and a little sun to melt it all away. Let’s bring the “romance” back this month just in time for Valentine’s Day!
You’re probably already layered up, so why not add another layer in the form of a blanket and take a carriage ride through Central Park? Grab your S.O or BFF, some earmuffs, and a warm beverage. Sit back and take in the crisp air while the horses do all of the work. Park Central is one of the hotels in New York City.
We get it, the cold isn’t for everyone and layers sometime make you feel like a marshmallow. Shed the layers and stay warm indoors by visiting one of the many museums within walking distance along 5th Avenue. It’s the perfect way to spend a day inside with a plus one.
And of course, food is always romantic. Park Central is the perfect location for great eateries nearby - we even wrote about our favorites. You can’t go wrong with a delicious meal or dessert and glass of champagne to get you through the cold month. Luckily, February is the shortest month of the year and before you know it, March will be here which is almost Spring, right?
